Associate - Japanese Bilingual
About the role:
We are seeking an Associate to focus on campaign targeting ideation, execution, and optimization for Client Accounts. In this role, you will play a major part in supporting the growth of existing partnerships and maximizing relationships with some of the world’s largest international companies.
We are looking for a detail orientated person who is organized and has effective written and verbal communication skills. You should have a real passion for mobility and client service, and be able to execute in the fast paced environment. This is a highly collaborative role, which works across internal teams and has a high level of external customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Handle client payroll related duties
Handle client accounting related duties
Prepare supporting documentation and post journal entries
Conduct orientation
Perform assigned projects
Work with integrity and demonstrate the values of DaVinci through your interactions with colleagues and clients
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience
Ability to read, write and communicate professionally in Japanese and English
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Flexible, startup mindset, and ability to operate within a very dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Strong academic credentials, BA/BS or equivalent required.
